　　Clinical History:A 37-year-old black male was treated sporadically for 3 years developed an upper respiratory tract infection and collapsed suddenly. Paramedics found him unconscious in ventricular fibrillation. Resuscitation was not successful.  A section of his 520 gm heart is shown in Figure 1.
